It was the strength in IBM that partly made me come out with the <a href=\"http:\/\/www.worldnews.se\/news\/36443\/dow-heading-to-a-new-all-time-high-of-14200-by-first-half-of-2013-says-market-ve\/\" target=\"_blank\">Dow 14200+ call around 12 months ago<\/a>. As long as IBM stays strong and pushes to new highs then so will the Dow. Yes it\u2019s had a few months of pause, base building but that is bullish. 25 year chart below.
